Room was nicely designed with modern painting/art and cosy with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively large and clean. Very friendly and helpfull staff who spoke good English. I appreciated the glass of red wine offered by the hotel. Cosy tiny courtyard. The common room and breakfast area looked good and had a clean toilet. Overall everything looked pretty nice.
The buffet breakfast came as very small portions to collect on even smaller plates so that it took a lot of time to get some decent portion together. There wasn't much choice. The room was small, but fairly efficiently equipped. The window was next to the stairs so that you can't open curtains without losing your privacy. On the other hand, natural light came from another higher window so that the room wasn't dark at all. The shower wasn't well fixed so that you need to hold it to get water. The next morning, the water remained cold after waiting for 15 minutes I decided to have a cold shower which wasnt very nice. Because 20% adds up to the total bill, the double room (which I used as single) was around 80 euro which was a bit too expensive for what you get.

Had an extra special stay which is about the same as an extra night, everything was great. Got beautifully decorated and great-sized standard room with a balcony when arrived, enjoyed that. This hotel was located in a central area really close to restaurants and bars, the historic center and the incredible shops, restaurants and bars. It also was in a very hipp area.

Front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful, very clean rooms and excellent location. Breakfast with good choices.
Very small room with hardly anywhere to store unhanging clothes but was adequate for 1 person. Kept unhanging clothes in luggage. Feel it may be too cramped if someone were with me.

The hotel is very well located in a bustling and animated area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other services just steps away. The vibrant streets of Palermo have a magical charm that is hard to beat.
While the breakfast came in very small portions, just toast and coffee, it was not a substantial meal.

Everything was very good, the staff is very kind and gentle, and the place is great for those who want to know the town (and not only the great touristic spots), because of it`s location, that even being quite far from the town centre, it`s very easy and quick to get there. Furthermore, it`s well designed and decorated, and not too formal, and the place presents a good solution of refurbishment making a ordinary house into a modern b&B.
We would like to complain about some of the guests, who where very noisy, but nothing about the hotel or the staff, and those guests only stayed there for a very few days.
